Dinner at Luxor restaurant in the South of Sveti Vlas.

A bit of a walk to this one for us, but it helped work up an appetite by the time we got there. The caprese salad had homemade pesto on it with basil from the salad garden. We had two steaks which were both cooked as requested with a nice peppercorn sauce, and a veggie pizza.

The restaurant has a well lit sign but the seating area is set back so you can't see it from the road, and it has a lovely walk way into it where they grown their own herbs and veg.

Total cost including two soft drinks and a litre of house wine was just under €100

There may not be as many Roses in August as earlier in the year, but there's ple Ryan of other beautiful blooms to see 🌸

Lunch at Monastery.

Food was pleasant, but there's been a significant increase in prices over the last two years, which may be why there weren't that many people there. Over 40% increase on some dishes!

Also no cushions on the chairs this year which made them uncomfortable. It used to be somewhere to pop to for a quick and affordable lunch, but we will think twice next time.

Afternoon drinks at Playa Beach Club - Sunny Beach

No happy hour offers here, and the service was a little slow, but the drinks were good, if a little expensive, but it has a relaxed vibe and is a nice place to chill. Approx €20 for one cocktail, one mocktail and one large beer.

Chicken burger and beef burger for lunch yesterday whilst out in Sunny Beach at BBQ SHREkkk

Needless to say, we were stuffed and didn't need dinner!

Last night's dinner was at Stella. Pricier than a lot of places. We had chicken schnitzel (which was nice, but nothing special), the potato dumplings (also nice, but I've had better when they've also been made with dill to add flavour), and beef skewer, although not served on a skewer 🤣 This was by far the best dish with a large portion of beef which you can'treally see on the photo!

The service was pleasant but not outstanding given the menu prices (but I think we were spoilt Bolero in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria / Bar-Pizza-Restaurant the other night!)

Including half a litre of house wine and a peach iced tea, it was just over €60.

There is also a lunch menu available at €15 between 12:00 - 16:00
