Какво ни отличава от останалите места за гости?
Модерна и съвременна къща с капацитет до 12 гости (8+4), направена с любов и внимание към всеки детайл. Предлага три спални със самостоятелни бани и един мини-апартамент с прилежащи към него спалня, баня, кухня/хол и тераса.
Главните кухня и хол са напълно оборудвани и в състояние да задоволят всяка нужда или каприз. Верандата към къщата е остъклена, с отопление и служи като място за романтични вечери дори и в най-студените дни.
Отоплението и топлата вода в къщата са централни. Разполага с огромен двор в американски стил, с място за паркиране на три коли в двора и безплатни и под видеонаблюдение паркоместа в непосредствена близост до двора.

Yet, the tranquillity and the quietude of the neighbourhood guarantee our guests an excellent, relaxing, and peaceful stay, a desired escape from the busy nature of urban life. We offer a contemporary and modern house for up to 12 guests (8+4), designed with harmony, love, and attention to details. It consists of three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a mini flat with built-in bedroom, open space kitchen and living room, bathroom facilities and a balcony. The main kitchen and living room are fully equipped and can satisfy all culinary needs. The enclosed patio offers heating and can be enjoyed even in the coolest evenings. The heating and the hot water are centrally procured. The garden is enormous, green, and nicely decorated, a wonderful place to chill during the sunny days. The outdoor garden space is equipped with an electric BBQ, Jacuzzi/hot tub. Upon request, it offers furniture and decoration for parties and events at an agreed additional price. The parking lot within the premises includes up to three cars, the parking is free too and under video surveillance in the open external parking space next to the house.
