A distinctive part of the project is the premium interior design - floor made of black marble and granite and walls made of glowing onyx stone. The unique building has 3 apartments on each floor. Each of the apartments has its own individual design, spacious rooms with 3.1m high ceilings. The bathrooms are made with Italian materials, designer elements made from gold and onyx. There are single bedroom, two bedroom and tripple bedroom apartments ranging from 120 sq/m to 310 sq/m. The apartments are fully equipped and you can enjoy a dazzling 52 inch flat screen TV, ambient lightning, remote control operated shades and your own kitchen which is equipped with items designed by the renowned Pinifarina. Emirates Apart Residence was initially designed to provide top class accommodation to people, who are looking for the highest lifestyle possible, but at the same time it has perfect conditions for short term stay. We offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom or three-bedroom apartments, which are with individual designs with a great deal of extras and additional services Emirates Apart Residence is the right place for people with dynamic lifestyle who need the perfect combination between coziness and facilities, which could be provided only by a 5-star hotel. The prices for long term start from 1000 EUR per month.
