The apartment is located in an old brick building, at the last floor, no elevator unfortunately. Both rooms have the classic high ceilings, typical for the time period around World War II. At the ground floor of the house you can find 2 galleries, one classical and one contemporary, but also a small drinks and snack store, which is a common meeting point in the neighbourhood. Inside the house you

can find two galleries - one classical and one about modern art, also a small grocery store is offering snacks and drinks 7 days a week. The neighbourhood is quite alive, but still calm, despite its location between two very central streets. Lyuben Karavelov street is combining the National Culture Palace ( around 1 km from the flat ) with Knyazheska garden ( less than 100 m ) and the famous Monument of the Soviet Army. At Yuri Venelin street you can find a Turkish restaurant, local tattoo studio, 100 beers shop, hairdresser salon and a second hand clothes shop. At the intersection of Gurko and Vasil Levski street you can find a supermarket and plenty of other shops for street food, clothes etc. The nearest tram and trollebus stop is called Vasil Levski, but is also known as "Popa" due the priest statue at the small square. It is a common meeting point with on of the oldest cinemas in town called Odeon and a variety of small shops. You can follow Graf Ignatiev street and experience the heart of the city.
