The climate in the area is entirely influenced by the Black Sea. The spring is cool and the autumn is longer and warm, due to the slow cooling of the sea water. The middle winter temperature is in the range between -2 to 5 degrees Celsius. The summer is dry, moderately warm and lots of sunny days. There is often a sea breeze. The middle temperatures for the season are between 25 and 30 degrees Celsius. The temperature of the water is between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius. The summer temperature are around 10 Celsius lower than the nearest destination for sports tourism Antalya and Alanya. Humidity is never below 70 percent and during the winter it rises up to 80 percent. The average yearly wind speed is 3 m/sec. The "Sportpalace" base was built in 1966 but it was entirely renovated in 2011. It is open every time of the year. There is a parking with 70-80 lots, plus bus parking - 15-20 lots. At the disposal of sportsmen is the day bar, a training hall with state-of-the-art equipment. The hotel has 79 rooms with bathrooms. The restaurant seats 200, 60 of which in the winter garden.
