Ian Winkless.
рехабилитация на екосистемата;
култивиране на полезни растения;
здраве на живущите;
поминък на живущите;
отглеждане на добри деца;
предаване на специфични знания и умения между поколенията;
обучения;
международни срещи;
Ian Winkless.
тук всеки е отговорен за себе си;
прояви на агресия и неадекватност не се толерират;
присъстващите се регистрират в „Златната книга“;
престоят е със задължително участие- доброволен труд или дарение;
-Ian Winkless. Association ‘TRINOGA’ has been founded in Jelen village as a community cherishing family values. A visitor of ‘TRINOGA’ should make a registration so as to join as a member guest of the Association. The visitor is actively involved in the community life either by volunteering or with material contributions or donations – depending on his capacity. Association ‘TRINOGA’ develops its main activity in the two centers in Jelen village, located closely to Svoge town. The first center – „Daskalova Kushta“/ The Teacher’s House is situated in the heart of the village center, next to the tarred road. This modest center consists of a 150 year ancient house bearing the architecture revival features of the 19th century, surrounded by fruit, berry and herbal trees and plants, vegetable garden and potato field. The center has started its reconstruction and sustainable development since 1978. The cultivated area provides abundance of soil and possibility for irrigation enabling the growth of crops for food. Seasonal duties include care and management of the permanent crops, growth and management of the vegetable kitchen gardens, production and modification of plants. The implemented methods are based on the biodynamic agriculture and on Ian Winkless’s methods. Actually, volunteers and guests of ‘TRINOGA’ are mainly accommodated in the second center of the Association – „Cherny Kamuk“ / Black stone. The seat is located within the neighborhood bearing the same name, at around 3 km from the village center along unpaved earth road. This is a small residence area of old houses from clay, located in the ancient spring zone. Because of the deforestation and erosion the zone has undergone grave drying-up, the spring is not running any more and the underground waters have restricted capacity. This center is going through survival and sustainable development since 2007. The tasks of the Association linked to ‘Cherni kamuk’ include formation of compost hedges, restrictive tracks, waterhole and large composts for catch and retention of rain and snow water. The soil is being revitalized by planting bean and grain crops, shading with sustainable plants – bushes and trees. The venue hosts diverse events such as meetings focused on natural healing, sustainable development, trainings on life and development in a natural environment and cultural events. The volunteers and holiday guests live as community together with the family. The lodges are made of clayed brick, are warm and clean, with outdoor sanitary unit and bathroom. Vegetarian food /no meat/ is prepared and served three times per day. An area is ensured for camping accommodation. The volunteers are expected to be honest and industrious. To be strongly motivated to accomplish duties and to gain new knowledge. The newcomers should recognize and respect the authority of the experienced occupants of this place. The main objective defining the activities at ‘The Daskal’s House’ and ‘Cherni Kamuk’ is the formation of an environment providing proper grounds for:
Rehabilitation of the ecosystem;
Cultivation of useful plants;
Healthy occupants;
Means of living for the occupants;
Raising good children;
Passing specific knowledge and skills from one generation to the next;
Trainings;
International meetings;
Spiritual development. The educational methods and practices for creation of such an environment have been given mainly by Ian Winkless. Code of Conduct for visits in ‘TRINOGA’ Association
Here you are responsible for yourself;
Aggressive and inadequate comportment is NOT tolerated;
The attending persons are getting registration into ‘The Golden Book’;
Your stay requires mandatory involvement in volunteering or donation;
Each initiative is put for discussion at the morning session prior to its undertaking; No self-initiatives!!!
„Until now Nature has always created resources and Humankind has consumed them. Now the time has come that we create resources in favor of the Nature.“

Unforgettable!!! This expert meeting in a magical part of Spain seriously uplifted the competence of our Trinoga team: working with vulnerable young people, deep exchanges with elders, the radio emissions, the spiritual history, the festival devoted to Palestine and other war zones... the places where the monster of war is taking away the most beautiful, the most beloved, suffocating future, art and ecosystems...
But the strongest for me (Filip) was the absolute devotion, love, compassion, and persistence of the local team in helping refugees from all over the world: accommodation, nutrition, friendship, job support, calling back the faith in oneself and a decent life... Now I begin to understand what "social inclusion" could mean if we truly embrace our brothers and sisters from abroad...
The tears and smiles were just the spice of this unforgettable experience... Thank you the "All Cultures, Rights, People" project team🙏 Y NO SOY INDIFERENTE A LA GUERRA!!!

Goodbye Mila, welcome Peter! The next group of volunteers is coming together and immersing themselves in mountain life—cutting wood, gardening, preparing seedlings, and painting. Not bad for Peter’s first week in Bulgaria! :)

❄️ What do your volunteers do during the cold winter months? This is a question we hear often—and you might be surprised by the answer! Even in winter, there are plenty of important tasks and exciting projects to work on.

This year, one major task was clearing branches and installing an electric fence for the horses, giving them a larger area to graze and run freely.

Winter also brings its own set of challenges: chopping and splitting wood, providing warm water for the animals, maintaining the old clay houses, clearing snow, installing warm isolation inside a new building and much more.

And of course, winter is the perfect time to come together, reconnect with old friends, and enjoy social events and exercises.

These are just a few of the many things our volunteers do in winter—dedicated, hardworking, and full of heart! ❤️
