1.Horca del Inca.-This structure was almost certainly used by an Inca astronomer- Priests used to observe the sun and make weather predictions. La estructura de la horca del Inca, fue utilizada por sacerdotes incas para hacer predicciones climaticas.
2.Intikala.-This site was a religious shrineused for astronomical observations, according to local folk memory a large num
ber of idols were destroyed here in the 16th century by spanish priest as part of their plan to stamp out beliefs. Este santuario fue utilizado para la astronomia. Esta en la memoria de su gente que muchos idolos fueron destruidos. Se cree tambien que la mayoria de estas grandes rocas son el hogar para los idolos.
3.Kusijata.-Is located about 3 kms. Outside town there are Inca agricultural terraces and stone irrigation canals, one of wich feeds a pool known as the Inca bath possibly a ritual bath, as the implie. There is also a litle museun. A 3 kms. de la poblacion usted podra apreciar terrazas para la agricultura y piedras con canales de uno de los cuales sus aguas alimenta a una piscina conocida como Baño del inca, como su nombre indica servia para ciertos rituales.
4.Catedral.-The Cathedral`s black Virgen of Candelaria carved by Inca Tito Yupanqui is incased above the altar upstairs in the niche or camarin. The status is never from there, as superstition suggests suggest that its disturbance would precipitate a flood of Lake Titiqaqa. La virgen morena de la Candelabria fue esculpida por el Inca Tito Yupanqui y se encuentra en un camarin en lo alto del altar de donde nunca se la ha movido por miedo a una posible inundacion causada por el Titiqaqa.
5.Cerro Calvario.-Half an Hour uphill trek from town, 14 stations of the cross along the way. To visit late in the afternoon is recommended to watch the sunset over the lake. Necesita media hora para llegar a una de las vistas mas impresionantes del Titiqaqa y por supuesto un atardecer muy hermoso lo espera.
