The guesthouse has three suites on the upper floor and one room with three beds on the ground floor (with the bathroom just outside the room). g room, with sofa´s and tv to feel at ease after a day on the beach. There are also two terraces, one at the entrance and the other on the upper floor for the use of everyone, with a panoramic view. The house is newly built so everything is new. At the back there is a garden and a parking area at the front. The street is a very special area of Florianópolis that concentrates in one block holistic therapies, art therapies, really good antroposophic courses and seminars, with lecturers coming from Brazil and abroad. (It may be worth checking the lectures and courses given at the time of your stay)
There is an Antroposophic Clinic, a Yoga School, an Art Therapy Center, a Pilates and Massage practice, and an Organic Restaurant! So you can start your day with a 7.15 am yoga class, go for some surfing, came back and have a great healthy lunch, go sightseeing and come back in the evening to watch a film with sushi delivered at your room. In an amazing radius of 200 mts you´ll find:

The beach is good for swiming and surfing, it´s a big open bay, many kms long where you can walk for a few hours to the north (in the direction of Joaquina beach) and the to the south (up to Morro das Pedras)
Still prety quiet,even during the summer, mostly visited by the locals, surfers and kite-surfers. There are children and families too. Along the coastline here is a a beautiful landscape with dunes and small inner ponds, great for a walk with the kids. There are two bus stops going in both directions: towards the Center and the south of the island and to Lagoa da Conceição and Joaquina. I´ll mention that Lagoa da Conceição is one of the nicest spot on the island for enjoying a coffe or a beer with friends. It has a lively and relaxed atmosphere and a variety of good gastronomic options.
