Its founder, Enrico Dalla Piazza, spent much of his life traveling the world. More than 9 months a year, from hotel to hotel, continent to continent.

Chili Beach was born from that pursuit.
Originally, a simple personal refuge. Today, a luxury boutique hotel set among dunes, wind and ocean, in Jericoacoara.
Enrico didn’t just create a hotel. He conceived it, designed it, composed it entirely: materials sourced from the four corners of the world, works of art chosen one by one, an architecture conceived as a house open to nature.
And above all, a clear vision:
to offer luxury that is exclusive but never intrusive.
Here, everything flows.
Service almost disappears to make room for what matters.
And then there is the table.
A restaurant led by a Michelin-starred chef, where each dish extends the journey — between precision, creativity and local produce.
