Maristela de Fátima is a coffee producer in Tomazina, Paraná, with a journey shaped by family tradition, resilience, and a continuous pursuit of quality.
Raised in the countryside, she learned early on the importance of care in every stage of production. After challenges such as severe frosts that impacted her family’s farm, she and her husband started over with small plots, gradually rebuilding their path in coffee farming.
In 2013, after joining the Women in Coffee group, at Matão Region, Maristela entered a new phase focused on specialty coffee. Through dedication and continuous learning, she achieved her first high-end lots and has been refining her harvesting and post-harvest techniques ever since.
The partnership with Capricornio Coffees, which began in 2017, played a key role in elevating the quality of her coffees, bringing greater recognition and value to her work.
Her coffees reflect care, experience, and purpose in every cup.
