Cemig and the council removed the trees. We will replant with flowering smaller trees and bushes that will not affect the power and internet cables. An opportunity to refresh the outside.

Airbnb Superhost - For the third quarter in a row...

We have now been on Booking.com for three months (previously we were only on Airbnb) and it is great to share that we have maintained a 10/10 rating on this Platform in addition to our flawless 5 star rating on Airbnb. We both really enjoy being in the hospitality business and we have met such nice people. We were warned that it was 'not a good idea' but we have not had and bad experiences.

What we can say is that due to Airbnb 's "mutual accountability" rating system it is our impression that those using Airbnb do leave the acommodation in an immaculate condition while those via Booking.com are not quite as fastidious. Also the Airbnb software is so much easier to work with as a host.
