Please, meet our wonderful general manager Sergio ! He's been with us from the beginning and knows just about everything you need to know whilst you stay with us at Casa Cool Beans.

He can organize city tours for you, your airports pick up, give you advice as far as restaurants, what to do and what not to do in Rio. You name it, he knows it ! 😁

Located on Casa Cool Beans 2nd floor, this room has its private little veranda and is perfect for a nice weekend getaway.

Today is Saturday and it's Feijoada day !! 😋😋

If you come to Brazil 🇧🇷 and enjoy eating pork and beef meat it is a must !!

This typically Brazilian stew is served with black beans, white rice and shredded sauteed cabbage. The orange slices are a must to help this great however super rich and dense mixture to go down.

No need to say you won't eat anything else that day and that's fine because it's super delish !!

Guys we are mouthwatering as we write this post, so we'll stop writing here and rush to get our Saturday lunch fix !! 😂😋😍

Once upon a time ... a little taste of Santa Teresa ❤

When we discovered Santa Teresa about 10 years ago, it was LOVE at first sight. We then decided to start Casa Cool Beans and not a day passes by without thinking how great of a decision it was 😍

We are passionate about this off the tourists' tracks artists neighborhood. Santa Teresa surprises us everyday. We feel there is so much still for us to experiment here although we've been living here for a while now.

Santa Teresa in a way, never sleeps. There is always something exciting going on : a samba party, a new restaurant opening, exhibitions everywhere ... You name it.

Santa Teresa isn't however for everyone 😉 It's a neighborhood for the artists at heart, the ones who like to live at a slower pace, enjoy the moment, the surrounding nature, the ones who value the historical and architectural side of it. It's a neighborhood for the ones who want to experiment what the real Rio life is all about. 🌴🎶🌞👣🌺🌊

As you can tell we truly love Santa Teresa and we make a point at sharing with our guests all its treasures and surprises. 😊

Although each one of our team member is already vaccinated we still wear masks 😷 and keep our social distances for the good of everyone entering and staying at Casa Cool Beans.

Not even a 5 minutes drive from Casa Cool Beans, this is one of the latest place to be opened in Santa Teresa and we LOVED ❤ it !!

And with a view like this one you can believe that we will go back again and again ... and again !! 😋🍕😍❤
