Rules

- No parties or events unless given permission by the landlords.

- No pets

- Do not engage in ANY illegal activities anywhere on the property.

- Guest must agree to pay for damages.

- Respect our towels and sheets.

- Do not leave any food out that will attract any unwanted pests.

- NO smoking.

- Turn lights and A/C off when away.

- Must return all keys after checking out. Any lost key will require a charged
fee.

- Check out no later than thirty minutes after check out time. Check out
time can be no later than 11AM the following morning.

- If the units are left in terrible cleanup fees will be charged accordingly.

- Noise Curfew- Quiet time after 10PM.

- No booking on Fridays after 12PM until Sunday at 9PM. If you wish to stay Friday night or Saturday you must book before the cutoff point which is Friday 12PM.

- A security deposit of $100 or $50 is required upon booking depending on the number of rooms booked.

- Usual rates are two people room, if you wish to have more than maximum occupancy you will be charged $30 for each person over twelve years old.

- If you wish to have complete privacy it would best for you to book both rooms or else you may share bathroom and kitchen space with other customers.

- Laundry room is available for a fee discussed with the landlord.

- NO bookings after 7PM on Monday-Thursday and NO bookings on Friday after 12PM and NO calls on Saturday.

- If you book with us a security deposit is required within one hour of you booking the room. If you have not produced the deposit within one hour the room will no longer be reserved for you. If you have produced the security deposit and cancel within one hour of check in time the security deposit will not be refunded.
