So cool.
The Exuma Outpost is fully air conditioned. The Grand Salon alone features central air conditioning and in addition 6 Ceiling fans to always keep the air circulating. We have designed a double roof with air space in between to further insulate our guests from the punishing sun. Alternatively there are 16 doors that can be opened on the ocean and pool facing sides. The entire building is articulated so that the water cooled Tradewinds can blow right through. It’s a science.
