The Outpost sleeps up to 12 people in complete luxury and simplicity, something, we firmly believe, goes hand in hand.
This refuge is located in the middle of a secluded cove, with calm, Tiffany blue water and endless white powder sands that extend all the way to the legendary Tropic of Cancer Beach. With a total of 4000 square feet of living space, sectional designer couches, several| arm chairs and a comfortable daybed, the Grand Salon can accommodate families, multiple couples, large groups and functions.
During prime season, the Outpost rents in its entirety, while the side wings can be individually arranged for, around springtime or fall.

If more capacity is required, additional luxury beachfront rental homes are available within easy walking distance from the Villa.
The Exuma Outpost was conceived to be a resort rental that can be anything from a bone fishing lodge to a Yoga retreat, that can accommodate large parties as well as creative and corporate events.
The Outpost brand was formed by members from the arts and entertainment community with the discerning guests from the world of arts and entertainment industry in mind. In the past, we have hosted a great many celebrities, as well as special events and "getaways" for exclusive clients, such as Conde Nast, Absolut Vodka, V***e Clicquot, Sony, Nike and McIntosh.

This is a bespoke, weekly rental property for large families, groups of friends, and celebrities that seek complete privacy. A creative space for people get together and bond, celebrate life, make plans for the future, get married, conduct think-tanks and retreats as well as film/photo shoots.
The entire compound boasts outdoor living and deck space with plenty of shade and sensational ocean views on one side while framing the luxurious tropical rain pool at the center. There are many separate outdoor event staging areas, under lush pergolas for shade, featuring banquet size tables, outdoor fireplaces, a rustic grill station, and a traditional Bahamian river rock oven.
The two side wings, respectively, have two pool facing double twin XL bedrooms each, two beach facing master bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an adjoining kitchen at their center.
