Big news from the Bahamas! 🌴✨

​We are so excited to officially introduce ourselves as the new owners of Flip Flops on the Hilltop! ☀️🏠

​First, we want to give a massive thank you to Mike and his family. He built an absolute piece of paradise here and maintained a flawless 5-star rating through his care, dedication, and attention to detail. We are so grateful for everything he’s done to make this home so special, and we’re honored to carry the torch!

​As two families who fell in love with this island, we can’t wait to welcome return guests and new faces alike to Exuma. Whether you're here for the turquoise waters, the island breeze, or just total relaxation, we’re committed to keeping that 5-star experience going strong.

Well, the saying "all good things come to an end" has never rang more true.

Our adventure into short-term rental on Exuma is ending. We have successfully worked thru the sale of Flip Flops on the Hilltop. The new owners are keeping the brand and will continue the legacy of providing a top tier vacation rental home in Exuma (all 5 star reviews too).

Soon, this page and the FFH Instagram page will be managed by the new owners. They are great people and are excited in their own way. We are excited for them!

Its surely bittersweet. We have some of the best memories and stories we will cherish forever. And we have met some amazing people along the way, too!!

Exuma will always be in our heart and soul. And we will be back often. Having a paradise so close to home is reason enough to visit again and again.

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described. Karin, the property manager, was proactive and responsive with any questions. Prime location, too! Our group ages ranged from 19-54 so we had no problems walking to Hideaway beach or Jolly Hall Beach. The host provided beach towels, umbrella, and a wagon, which was a life saver. The house was comfortable and spacious and they thought of everything a guest would need. Can't wait to go back!" Gretchen F.

"Seven adults stayed here for a week. It was perfect very clean so spacious everything we needed and more. We loved spending the day at Jolly Hall Beach just across the street.
