We are getting the Salt Box ready for a winter recharge. Briland never looked so sweet, beaches are crisp, humidity 95%, calm seas, green green gardens and fresh coats of paint. I love this time of year, everything is busy but quiet, when you exit the house you are drenched in sweat, the sea is inviting with rolly waves and Pink Sands all to yourself. The house still echoes with lot’s of stories of guests that had a lot of fun at this little oasis. Fresh sheets, new rugs and a lot more memories to be made.

Well as you may notice there are always a lot of palm frond appreciation posts on Harbour Island, but they are just that beautiful, they never get old. Here is a palm frond and it’s shadow near the parilla ready for your vacation with your family.

Cozy corners is what Salt Box is all about. Relax on vacation in our outdoor living room in this historic home in town. We are close to the beach, a short stroll to for breakfast, an even quicker walk for dinner and a quick pace to the and a quick coffee .

Views from the Mini Salt Box Cottage. Our home is rented altogether the main historic home and the Mini Salt Box cottage. The house is perfect for 2 families with small children, large family or just a group of friends. We have many outdoor spaces that surround the pool as well as a garden oasis secluded but right in town so you are a walk away from all the restaurants and the Pink Sands Beach. We currently have availability left:

This bright bathroom with a central clawfoot tub and outdoor pink shower is located in the center of the mini salt box cottage. Enjoy long baths in epsom salts straight from the beach or pool. You can also just sit in the bath and look at the pool from there with a glass of wine. Just suggestions...
