She comes out every year 🌲✨ This Martha Stewart Christmas Tree (lugged from the old Kmart in San Clemente, California) has been part of Watercolor for 23 years, gathering a bit more tint and charm with each season. Down from the attic of a true labor of love, filled with friends, laughter, and white chili nights like this. Worth every bit and what a wonderful evening it twas.

Yoga Studio / Murphy Bedroom.
Comfy ensuite Guest Room dusk to dawn & possible walkthrough, tv room, office space, yoga studio if you’d want. I love teaching at/from Watercolor, especially when the power stays on !
