The property can comfortably accommodate 5 couples or a large family.
The Beach House has 3 bedrooms, each with an in suite bathroom and the Bungalow has 2 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom.
(The Bungalow is only rented with the Beach House, but the Beach House may be rented separately.)
Beach House $895/night ÷ 3
= $298/night per couple
= $148/night per person
