🌴 Chef Couple Wanted — Run Your Own Restaurant in paradise
📍 Greenwood Beach Resort, Cat Island – Bahamas:
We’re Pauline & Antoine, a French couple who’ve spent the last 10 years running a small, soulful beach resort in one of the most remote and beautiful parts of the Bahamas. Now we’re looking for a skilled chef couple to take over our kitchen + bar and run it as their own independent business as we keep managing the place and focus more on activities.

✅ Full creative freedom – design your own menus, source your ingredients, set your prices
✅ Keep 100% of your profits after expenses
✅ Built-in customer base from our resort guests (kitesurfers, divers, nature lovers) in addition to other tourist visiting the Island.
✅ Trial period with salary, housing, and car to start (3 months)
✅ Opportunity to live a simple, meaningful life by the ocean
📍In return, you’ll:
• Cover food/bar-related costs
• Pay a fixed rent + a small commission on sales (to reflect shared guest traffic)
📌 About You:
• A couple with strong kitchen experience & good teamwork
• Fluent English required, Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Comfortable running food AND drink service
• Able to handle remote island life (no malls, no nightlife, just nature and stars)
• Absolutely no alcohol or drug abuse issues – this is a professional, sober workspace
