OUR PACKAGE

We provide you with almost everything that you need to make your event a marvelous. You don’t have to worry about outsourcing anything because we will provide it for you. All you have to bring is yourself, your dancing shoes and your appetite. For only P200.00 per person, this is what you will get:

1. Venue

3. Chairs

4. Table clothes

5. Décor

6. Plates

7. Glasses

8. Cutlery: Forks, knives and spoons

9. Sound system: Just bring your own DJ

10. Food: We charge an extra P200 for food. However, you can choose to bring your own food.

Fair deal, right????? It’s a bargain you can’t get it from anywhere else except from us.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

The minimum number of people we host is 15.

PRICE

We charge P200.00 per person for venue, décor and other items listed above. If you want food, we charge an extra P200.00. Making it P400.00 per person. But you can bring your own food.

OTHER SERVICES

1. Accommodation: We charge P950.00 for bed and breakfast. Bed only is P800.00. All our rooms are executive rooms.

2. Photo shooting services: Use our venue for P250.00 to take lovely pictures for any theme you have. Just bring your own photographer.

We are based in the suburbs of Kgale View in Gaborone, just a stone throw away from Botho University, on your way from Game City mall.
