Palm Valley Lifestyle Destination – Just outside Phakalane
Palm Valley is evolving into one of Botswana’s most exciting lifestyle destinations, offering accommodation, wedding venue, conferences, dining, wellness, leisure, plant nursery and curated events.
We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead Palm Valley into its next phase of growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will oversee the full operation of a multi-stream lifestyle destination, including:
✔ Accommodation & hospitality
✔ Weddings & events
✔ Restaurant & bar
✔ Spa, pool & leisure
✔ Retail & lifestyle experiences
✔ Crowd-pull events and activations
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands service excellence, revenue growth, and brand experience.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
✅ experience in hospitality, resorts, lodges, or lifestyle venues added advantage
✅ Proven leadership at senior management / GM level
✅ Strong commercial and operational mindset
✅ Experience managing events, food & beverage, and teams
✅ Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
