We are seeking a qualified, experienced and professional Head Chef to lead our culinary operations, maintain exceptional food standards and implement professional kitchen systems and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

Recognised Diploma in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery or equivalent.

Professional culinary school training.

HACCP and Food Safety training certification.

👨‍🍳 EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years’ professional kitchen experience.

At least 2–3 years in a senior kitchen leadership role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

Menu development, food preparation and presentation.

Kitchen management, food costing and stock control.

Develop and implement kitchen policies, SOPs and operational procedures.

Establish and enforce HACCP, hygiene and quality-control standards.

Train, mentor and evaluate kitchen staff.

Introduce kitchen systems, checklists and performance standards.

Monitor compliance and drive continuous improvement.
