Daily rate - P1200 per day

1 week - P4000
2 weeks -P6500
3 weeks - P7500
4 weeks - P8500

Included : Dstv, Cleaner once a week, gardener once a week , WiFi 10mpbs , water bill , pool cleaning once a week , P300 for electricity

(if electricity runs out the guest tops up but P300 is usually enough to last a month depending on usage)
