โจ A moment worth remembering
Just a few weeks ago, we gathered under the stars at Cresta Mowana to celebrate the official opening of Ku Muzi Boma, Kasaneโs newest cultural dining experience.
The occasion was honoured by the presence of the Minister of Environment and Tourism, Honourable Wynter Boipuso Mmolotsi, who officially opened the Boma and marked the beginning of a new chapter in Kasaneโs cultural and dining experience.
But Ku Muzi Boma is about more than a place to dine:
At its heart is a vision for community participation: a space where local talent, cultural expression, food and storytelling enrich the visitor experience, while creating meaningful opportunities for the people who call Chobe home.
Our ambition extends across the region, to give visitors another reason to explore Kasane, stay longer and support local businesses, helping the benefits of cultural tourism reach the wider Chobe community. Looking back at that evening, we remember the rhythm of the drums, the warmth of shared meals, the dancing, the stories and the people who came together to make the occasion special.
Thank you to our community partners and everyone who helped bring this vision to life. Together, we are creating an experience that celebrates who we are. ๐ค
Hereโs to the memories already made, and to many more stories waiting to be shared at Ku Muzi Boma.
