1. Executive Chef 🍽🌮
• Minimum 5years Experience in Banqueting and all aspects of catering in a 3-5 star Hotel Restaurant
• Qualifications must include but is not limited to City & Guild Certificate 706/1/2 or the equivalent of a Degree or a Diploma in Culinary Arts
• Other requirements are computer literacy, sober habits, competence to communicate with and handle customers & staff, and high level of creativity & leadership skills.
• Applicant should be self driven, able to work under pressure, able to start work immediately, possess high levels of integrity, commitment and should also be prepared to work late-long hours.
2. Junior Chef / Cook 🍳🌭
• Minimum 2years Experience in the kitchen environment, banqueting & catering.
• Qualifications must include but is not limited to a City & Guild Certificate 706/1/2 or the equivalent of a Diploma in Culinary Arts
• Other requirements are computer literacy, sober habits and high level of creativity
• Applicant should be self driven, able to work under pressure start work immediately, possess high levels of integrity, commitment and should also be prepared to work late-long hours.
3. Sales Executive (Marketing) 🤑💼
• Should have some experience & understanding in the sales field, accompanied with applicable marketing techniques in Tourism & Hospitality including food marketing. An understanding of the government procurement structure and process is an added advantage.
• Qualifications: Applicants must possess but is not limited to a Diploma in Sales/Marketing /Hospitality & Tourism Marketing with relevant experience & understanding of personal selling & social media promotions
• Other requirements; some sort of qualification/certificate in customer care & retention, computer literacy, sober habits, creativeness, ability to thrive in highly competitive markets, great interpersonal skills and confidence is key.
• Applicant should be customer orientated, self driven, motivated to work and able to start work immediately!
