Sattva is an off-grid Retreat Center designed to host healing and transformational experiences in the fields of Yoga, Conscious Dance, Meditation, Breathwork, and many other varieties of mindful practices. With a capacity of 20 people, the experience of our retreats is intimate and focused on details. Our eco-chic accommodations offer comfortable beds, hot water, and are surrounded by lush gardens

and primal jungle. Our permaculture designed gardens are populated with a huge biodiversity, creating a bird sanctuary and a dream-like experience to walk through. Sattva was Initiated and is still operated by an italian , and stopen to individuals who desire deeper knowledge and wisdom to guide and align with the current global shift. Our mission is to whole heartedly contribute to deeper practice and awareness through a more integral approach in our lifestyle. By creating a playground of wholistic practices such as permaculture, personal development, community living, local orientation, forest gardening, conscious cousine, (and much more!) we wish to inspire and welcome others to join us in the co-creating of a more sacred world.

Cacao has been with us on this journey of creating Sattva since the early days. The days we would scoop beans onto a pan and roast them over our wood stove, until the popping of the shells would tell us they are ready. We then would pour them into a glass vessel, which we kept in our beloved Garden House. Jar of roasted Cacao beans = your ultimate clean, high vibe snack. This is what fuelled our spirits then, and continues to fuel our spirits NOW.

We love to share our intimate connection to Cacao with our greater circle, so we want to invite YOU to join us NEXT WEEKEND, on May 24th, for a connective Cacao Ceremony filled with all the goods that will boost up your heart & spirit.
