Summer Camp is Back!

Saddle up for three days of fun, learning, and adventure at the Stables at Sleeping Giant from June 25th–27th. Young horse lovers will enjoy riding lessons, horse grooming, horse theory, and daily horseback riding in a safe and engaging environment.

The Pomona Day Rodeo was a memorable day of competition, sportsmanship, and outstanding horsemanship. What a beautiful afternoon it was at Learning with Horses: A One-Day Wellness Workshop at The Stables at Sleeping Giant.

Guests spent the day connecting with horses through hands-on care, guided riding, and meaningful moments rooted in trust, patience, and presence. From grooming and trail riding through the jungle to ending the evening with wine and cheese at sunset, every part of the experience felt grounding and peaceful.

A heartfelt thank you to Apryl Nicole and everyone who joined us to make this workshop such a special experience. We loved seeing new connections formed, both with the horses and with each other.

Shakers were flying and creativity was on full display as mixologists from The Banks and The Rainforest Lodge at Sleeping Giant faced off in an exciting edition of Battle of the Bartenders.

After an evening of flavors, signature cocktails, and impressive talent, Sulehma Rivas from The Banks claimed 1st place, with Rene Waight from The Rainforest Lodge at Sleeping Giant earning 2nd place.

Sulehma will now go on to represent The Belize Collection at Lobster Fest on July 25. Be part of the excitement as Belize’s top bartending talent takes center stage for a day of handcrafted cocktails and great energy.⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠
