🌿 We Are Hiring – Reservations & Guest Relations Coordinator
Vacation Rentals | Cayo District
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly person to join our growing vacation rental operation.
This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Part of the work will be from the office, and part from home.
The role focuses on guest communication, reservations, coordination with housekeeping, assisting with tours and activities, and supporting basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
• Previous experience in hospitality
• Bilingual – Spanish & English
• Good computer skills
• Excel knowledge is required
• QuickBooks knowledge is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Cayo attractions and tours
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to be available for guest communication during the day
• Age 30+ preferred
Main Responsibilities
• Managing reservations across booking platforms
• Communicating with guests before and during their stay
• Coordinating with housekeeping and property operations
• Assisting guests with tours, transportation, and local information
• Supporting basic bookkeeping and record keeping
