Green Parrot Beach Houses and Resort - Belize

So I have been waiting to make a big announcement… so much going on this high season. As most of you know we purchased Green Parrot in the height of Covid June 1 2020, we could not come into the country so we concentrated on the remodel of our Bar, Kitchen and Restaurant via videos and calls. We opened October 10,2020 with truly an amazing staff and Mgr. We had no idea what we were doing. We joked that we wish Frank would come help us and later that day walked in Frank. We were so excited, time moved on Frank left and then became sick and went back to Canada, well a couple weeks ago Frank came back on vacation and stayed at Green Parrot, we reminisced and I said Frank can you still run a kitchen… He said of coarse I can so we came to an agreement. Frank will be back at Green Parrot June 1st!!!
Get ready Placencia Frank is coming home to the Green Parrot where he started years ago with the first owner in the 90’s. He is a staple here on the Peninsula, and has brought so much knowledge to many establishments.
We couldn’t be happier he is back with his family!!! 🥰💚🦜🇧🇿welcome Home
