One of the best parts of Ophelia's Villa is getting to be a small part of our guests' family memories.

It was such a pleasure hosting the Llamas family during their July visit to Belize. From island hopping and horseback riding to all of the moments spent relaxing at the villa, we're honored they chose to make Ophelia's Villa part of their adventure.

After a month of slowing down, spending time with family, and enjoying a few adventures of our own, we're excited to be back!

While we took a little break from social media, Ophelia's Villa was still busy welcoming wonderful families throughout July, and we're looking forward to hosting more guests this month.

This week is a break between guest reservations, which means our team is hard at work tackling all of those important house projects that keep the villa looking its best.

✅Outdoor furniture is getting a fresh coat of stain

✅kitchen is getting a deep clean from top to bottom

✅A/C units are being serviced and cleaned

✅every corner of the property is getting a little extra attention.

The work doesn't stop when guests check out—in many ways, that's when a different kind of work begins. It's these quiet weeks of maintenance, care, and upkeep that help create the five-star experiences our guests know and love.

Yesterday we welcomed another wonderful family to the villa! Before every arrival, our team works hard to ensure every detail is just right.

Fresh flowers are placed throughout the home, a welcome basket is stocked, the pool is sparkling, and every space is carefully refreshed and inspected. This guest was even welcomed with a homemade Shrimp Creole dinner prepared by Ms. Ida waiting for them upon arrival.

From the moment guests walk through the door, we want them to feel relaxed, cared for, and ready to start making unforgettable Belize memories.

A special thank you to Anthony and Ida for the pride, care, and hospitality they bring to every stay. It's their hard work behind the scenes that helps create the experience our guests love.

Guest turn days are some of the busiest days at Ophelia's Villa, and our incredible team is hard at work behind the scenes making the magic happen.

Beds are stripped and remade with fresh linens, bathrooms are deep cleaned, kitchen is sanitized, windows and glass are polished, floors are swept and mopped, outdoor spaces are refreshed, the pool is checked, landscaping is tidied, amenities are restocked, and every corner of the villa is carefully inspected.

Exceptional hospitality isn't just about the time guests spend here—it's also about what happens before they arrive and after they leave.
