We’re keeping our eyes on the skies for today’s 1 PM Music Bingo at Sea Cow Cantina!

We’re hoping Mother Nature gives us a break, but with all this rain hanging around, there’s a chance we’ll have to cancel.

NOW HIRING: BARTENDER AT THE SEA COW CANTINA!

WE'RE A LAZY BACH BAR LOOKING FOR A NOT-SO-LAZY BARTENDER!

We're laid-back, but we don't move at beach speed behind the bar!

We're looking for an experienced bartender with BIG ENERGY, a great personality, and the ability to turn an ordinary afternoon of day drinking into an EXPERIENCE our guests won't forget!

THE GIG:
- 3+ years bartending experience REQUIRED
- 💰 DAILY CASH TIP PAYOUT — tips shared with waitstaff
- ☀️ DAY DRINKING ONLY! No late nights!
- 🕚 We open at 11 AM, but you're expected here 45 minutes early to set up
- 🌅 Most nights you're done by 8 PM
- 📅 Open Tuesday–Sunday
- 🏖️ Must live on the peninsula or close by

A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT US:

⏰ If you're ON TIME, you're already 5 minutes LATE in our book! We expect you ready to work, not rolling in at the last minute with your coffee and excuses.

📱 Your phone is NOT your drinking buddy. Keep your eyes on the guests, not your screen.

🤝 We work as a TEAM. If your coworker needs help, you jump in. No "that's not my job" attitudes here.

🍸 Knowing how to make a cocktail is great. Knowing how to make people laugh, feel welcome, and want to come back? THAT'S what we're hiring for!

🔥 When it's busy, we HUSTLE. When it's slow, we FIND SOMETHING TO DO.

We want someone who's dependable, quick on their feet, full of personality, and knows how to have FUN while getting the job done!

Half our staff is currently on tour with Weezer, so we’re giving them the week off to pursue their dreams.

We’re still open, though—come by for drinks, food, and absolutely no music-related competition.
