This is matched by her dedication to outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest experience reflects the warmth and high standards that define Beya Suites. Under her guidance, Beya Suites has grown into a respected and formidable presence within Belize’s tourism landscape.

At Beya Suites, we proudly celebrate Drusilla, one of our longest-serving female team members.

From her beginnings as an intern to becoming a valued full-time Housekeeping and Dining Assistant, Drusilla’s journey is a powerful testament to perseverance, discipline, and unwavering commitment. Her strong work ethic and positive attitude have not only earned her a place on our team but also the respect and admiration of everyone around her.

Living nearly 20 miles from Punta Gorda Town, Drusilla’s daily journey to work is no small feat. At times, she walks part of the way just to catch a bus—yet her punctuality and reliability never waver. This level of dedication truly sets her apart.

This International Women’s Month, we celebrate Drusilla as a shining example of strength, resilience, and determination. Her story reminds us that greatness is built through consistency, sacrifice, and heart.

Today, Eva Jacobs Vic Eva Vasquez steps into her new role as Head of Housekeeping, leading with professionalism, passion, and pride.

Her story is an inspiration to us all—demonstrating that with determination and a willingness to learn, there are no limits to what can be achieved.

As we celebrate the joy of Christmas, we pause to reflect on its true meaning—the birth of Christ, a season of hope, love, humility, gratitude and the recognition of the blessings that carry us forward.

This Christmas also marks a meaningful milestone for Beya Suites, as we honor 20 years of service and notable contribution to our Belizean tourism product. What began as a vision has grown into a place of comfort, connection, and warm hospitality—made possible by faith, hard work, perseverance, and the support of our guests & many well wishers.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our dedicated staff ( Mr. Jimmy, Vic Eva Vasquez, Mandy Sedassey, Drusilla, Ana M Coc, Mr. Cus & the many others who have given of their time and effort over the years), your commitment, care, and professionalism embody the spirit of service every day.
