Little Harvest Caye Your own private 5BR/5BTH high-end island in Placencia, Belize. “Little Harvest Caye” – Located only 1/2 mile south of Placencia Village point.

Only your group and the onsite staff, who have separate detached housing, will be on the island during your stay! This private Island luxury villa will be by far the most elegant Island in the area. Fractional ownership shares (total 10 shares only) are being offered for sale at a most reasonable price considering the high-end value of the Island Villa. The Island presently is under construction with a completion date scheduled for December 15th 2015. Each share holder will have the option of use or rent their 5 weeks per share per year. Rental rates are expected to be between $8,000 – $10,000 US / week. A-1 location and very good investment! Presently offering pre-construction price. The Island offers connected municipal water and will have split solar A/C units throughout, special back up generator, and all imported high-end stainless steel appliances and furniture, two boats and mainland golf carts. This very special Island is 4 feet in elevation above sea level and sits on 1 Acre. If Belize is on your list for this year, these are the things worth knowing before you book.

🗣️ English is the official language
The only country in Central America where it is.

🐠 The barrier reef is the second largest in the world
It runs the length of the coast and it’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

🌴 It’s small enough to do properly
You can be on the reef in the morning and at a Maya site in the jungle the same week.

☀️ Dry season runs roughly December to May
That’s the calmest water and the most reliable weather. Green season is quieter and cheaper if you don’t mind afternoon rain.

🏝️ The south is a different trip than the north
Placencia and Southern Belize are slower, less built up and less crowded than the northern cayes.

"My wife Cammi is the travel planner and has had Little Harvest Caye on the radar for a few years. This was the year we were able to get our entire family together which is hard to do. Little Harvest Caye was the perfect place for all of us! Mike and Jaz were our boat crew/heavy lifters and made sure the grounds and pool was spotless every day. Chef Ernesto Is a gem!!! His meals were fantastic!! Right beside him was Kendra. She always had a smile and worked very hard to keep mealtime flawless. Her and Ernesto made a good team and would easily be all stars at a 5 star restaurant!! Marta came every morning and worked her tail off cleaning rooms. Every day our villas looked like the first day. We travel to some fantastic places and rarely go to the same spot twice but Little Harvest Caye is on the top of the list to come back. Loved every second!!"
