Our rentals are furnished with a mix of modern and local decor and are located in a beach setting on the lagoon in a quiet, safe, serene residential neighborhood. We are a bit off the beaten path but within walking distance to Placencia Village proper. Amenities include WiFi access, A/C in 3 units, large above ground swimming pool, private walkway to the lagoon to view sunsets over the Mayan mount
ains. There is a washing machine located on the property for guests to launder their clothing. We also provide you a bike during the length of your stay if available. Cell telephones are also available for your use during your vacation with a deposit. We also have a Golf Cat to rent if you want to explore the Peninsula. We are also happy to arrange fishing excursions, land excursions etc.
