Today we're observing our last harvests of the season.
In early 2000s we started our mission to grow a patch of pure criollo cacao, today they've become the focal point of our chocolate's flavor. As the white colored beans ferment and bake in the sun, they slowly transform into a bright saturated chocolatey brown - tasting just like the tropical Belizean rainforest!
