Our culinary team has spent the past few months reimagining the dining experience at Mystic River.

Rooted in our farm to table philosophy, every dish tells a story. From microgreens harvested just before service to our grass fed lamb and locally raised pork, our menu celebrates the flavors of Belize with a refined global twist.

We're also incredibly proud of Chefs Edward and Kelvin, who both reached the Master Chef finals at the Taste of Belize Culinary Competition, by belizetourismboard with Chef Kelvin earning 2nd Place.

Over the past year, we've thoughtfully refined the Mystic River Resort experience, from a reimagined farm-to-table menu and inviting new lounge spaces to refreshed gardens, enhanced amenities, and an even deeper commitment to heartfelt hospitality.
