Gumbo Limbo Jungle Resort Gumbo Limbo Jungle Resort is now a private family retreat in the Maya Mountains of Cayo District, Belize. Three of our five units have Air Conditioning.

Our tranquil Eco Resort is situated near the Village of Georgeville, 1.5 hours west of Belize City in the Cayo District, close to major Mayan archaeological sites and caves. We're on the Newly Paved Road to Caracol and the Mountain Pine Ridge. The resort accommodations consists of 5 spacious cabanas with en-suite facilities, comfortable relaxing areas and panoramic views. Some of our rooms have mu

At our resort every effort is being made to maintain the natural environment while providing a comfortable, relaxing stay for our guests. Our electricity is from Solar Energy and our Water is harvested Rain Water. The clean, fresh linens are dried by the Wind and the Sun. Our restaurant sources fresh, local ingredients wherever possible to create the most delicious meals. When traveling to Gumbo Limbo, after you turn off of the Western Highway in Georgeville, drive exactly 2 miles on the Mountain Pine Ridge Road (Chiquibul Road) until you will see our Large Round Sign on the Rock Wall on your right hand side. Turn there and follow our driveway approximately 1/2 mile. Our driveway is rocky and has some hills and corners. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended.
