Although only five minutes from San Ignacio Town, the tourist center of Western Belize, the lodge is surrounded by peaceful nature. Vanilla Hills is your ideal starting point for a multitude of tours. From here you are within easy reach of famous Maya sites, impressive cave labyrinths, the

tropical jungle and many more day tours. At Vanilla Hills Lodge you will be staying in spacious and well equipped cabanas. If you wish to take your meals with us, you will be served gourmet breakfast and dinner while enjoying the magnificent views from our deck. We only use products from organic farms and fresh fish and shrimp from the Caribbean Sea. Many of the vegetables and herbs, as well as the eggs, come from our own greenhouse and garden. As a small family owned place we offer all the personal attention you desire. We can help you plan your vacation, and can provide you with information about the country and people and the many tourist attractions.

Although Vanilla Hills Resort will be taking a short seasonal break, we’re happy to let you know that 3 Senses Restaurant & Lounge will still be open on selected days throughout September.

Join us for a relaxed breakfast and enjoy a little time surrounded by the peaceful greenery of Vanilla Hills. ☕🌴

On August 23rd, Vanilla Hills Resort and 3 Senses Restaurant & Lounge will be closed for our annual Staff Trip!

It’s our chance to step away from the daily routine, spend some time together outside of work, have fun, recharge, and simply enjoy being a team.

We’re incredibly grateful for the hard work, dedication, and energy our team brings to Vanilla Hills & 3 Senses every day — so this day is for them. ❤️

Sometimes it's the little things that create the biggest memories. 💚

One of our guests' favorite traditions at Vanilla Hills is discovering a new towel creation waiting for them each time they return from a day of adventures. 🦢🐘🦋

What makes it even more special is seeing our Housekeeping Team share their creativity with our younger guests, teaching them how to make their own towel art. Watching those smiles and moments of excitement is something we truly cherish.

Recently, two of our young guests even left a heartfelt handwritten thank-you note for our Housekeeping Team. Moments like these remind us that genuine hospitality is about creating connections that guests will remember long after their vacation ends.
