What a day of birding! 🦜🌿

Our Chaa Creek birding team was up bright and early at 4:30 AM to celebrate October Big Day, and after a full day of exploring and spotting birds, we’re happy to share that we recorded almost 200 bird species!

A wonderful day spent doing what we love, surrounded by Belize’s incredible birdlife and the beauty of the rainforest.

We caught up with our guides to hear how the day went, some of their favorite sightings, and what makes birding in Belize so special.
