Back-a-Bush Guesthouse and Farm

Back-a-Bush Guesthouse and Farm Back-a-bush Guesthouse and farm Small family run guesthouse in traditional Kek'chi Maya village on organic farm. Internet and telephone available.

We are in the foothills of the Maya mountains, on the farm bordering the river. We serve food and drinks from our farm or from other local organic producers. Within a 3 mile radius there is jungle and wildlife, river, a dry cave, a Maya temple, and the village and farms to tour. We have a big palapa to eat, drink and relax, with hammocks, fans, games and books.

Miguel Cus falsely represents himself as a tour guide for Back-a-Bush. We parted ways many years ago due to his misconduct towards us as well as our guests. We currently do not have any association with him, nor will we in the future.

Most of you know Miguel or his brother Lu. Their houses burnt down to the ground this morning. I was chatting with Miguel at my place when he came to use the wifi, discussing the fire in PG. He went home to this....Nobody is hurt but they have lost everything!

Wonderful write-up from my friends Lori and David, who never fail to bring their visiting family and friends to Back-a-Bush Guesthouse and Farm

Back in Belize, we take ma and pa on the recently-dubbed “Toledo Adventure Trail” loop, visiting a friend’s organic farm and guesthouse and a Blue Morpho butterfly farm in San Miguel.

A friend of BAB just sent us this link and asked if we know this man.

Coffee seedlings ready to go.(those will be for sale)
The fresh 2013 Back-a-Bush coffee is drying, but for that I need a few more days of sunshine. So unfortunately no coffee samples this year.
Chaya cuttings to be cut this afternoon (to give away)
New business cards ready and cut, info booklet Back-a-Bush ready.
Now I have to walk around a bit to cut some decorations, and I am all set for tomorrow. Hope to see you all there!!
