Tradewinds Paradise Villas does not hold your credit card for incidentals. Guests are responsible for any broken or damage done to the Unit. Please make sure all your belongings are with packed prior to check-out. Night Security Guard on site in case of emergencies and 24 hr Office coverage

Cancellation Policy- Full refund, less 5% reversal bank charges, if cancelled before the 60 days prior to your arrival. 50% refund if cancelled within the 59-30 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled 29 or less days prior to arrival. No refund on unused portion of stay or no shows.
