This role is ideal for someone hands-on who takes pride in keeping the property in excellent condition and handling all repairs as needed. Room for career growth. Possibility of housing option.

Ideal Candidate:

Prior maintenance experience in hotels or resorts, with strong experience in grounds and beach maintenance
Well-rounded general handyman and repair skills
Knowledge of AC maintenance and installation
Plumbing and electrical skills
Welding and/or masonry experience is a plus
Experience maintaining pools
Construction or carpentry experience is a plus, especially for candidates who have worked on construction crews
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, trustworthy, honest, and self-motivated
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
