Here are the photos of my Lobster teeter-totter Solar panel setup as described in my previous post. Inexpensive, basic and effective. Assembled based on the KIS theory of engineering. “Keep It Simple”.

Power to the People, and that includes YOU! Yes, we are now completely off grid and we, accidentally have discovered a unique method to collect sun energy from the sun in both the morning and afternoon. This concept is of course not new and can be achieved by mounting your panel on a post that, with the use of sensors, will enable your panel to automatically follow the sun. That’s high tech and too rich for our blood.

So we simply lean the panel against a curved top lobster trap. In the morning it points to the rising sun. At mid day it sits flat (pointing at the sun overhead ) and in the late afternoon we roll it over the trap much like a teeter totter. Voila, in this way we easily harvest full solar energy the entire day and our power packs remain fully charged! Come see for yourself.

I’m thinking of registering the idea with the patent office and calling it the “Lazy Man Lobster Solar Trap” or the “Lobster Trap Solar Teeter-Totter”. LOL (just kidding).

Here is more of the upgrade reveal. You've seen the connection ports on one of the power packs that "electrify" the boat. Now, here are three of the new solar panels that will charge the packs. Let there be light - And there was light. Thank you Mr./Miss sun.

Wow, I saw some snow flakes gently falling today, April 24! It seems that Spring is having trouble “ busting out all over”.
