All rentals require a $175.00 cleaning fee which will be added added to your rental rate.

$4,995.00 weekly + HST + $1,000 security deposit.
FALL Mid Season September 4 - October 6, 2023- $600 per night $3,395.00 weekly + $1,000 security deposit.
Low Season Rates October 9 - December 16, 2023 - $500 per night $2,795.00 weekly + HST + $1,000 security deposit.
2024
Low Season - January 2 -May 19, 2024 - $500 per night $2,795.00 weekly + $1,000 security deposit.
Spring Mid Season May 20 - June 21, 2023- $600 per night $3,395.00 weekly + $1,000 security deposit.
Cottage Rental Rates are based on 12 guests. Each additional extra guest will require an additional $200.00 charge per 7 day stay or $30 per person over 12 guests per day.
The cottage can sleep up to 16 guests. Includes 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Private Gently Sloped Property to the Water's Edge, vert large dock area with plenty of seating to accommodate your group. "Tranquility on Chandos" is a recently renovated & upgraded 2600 sq. foot cottage. The cottage has a northern exposure, with 184’ shoreline tucked in a quiet bay/cove that provides privacy and stunning views of the lake from both inside & out. From the lake view wrap around deck or you can enjoy the large dock and the lake with plenty of Muskoka chairs to lounge on by the water. All cottage windows were replaced in the fall of 2019 and the big bay window that looks out on to the lake provides a view that one will always remember. The incredible views of the surrounding pines and balsams provides an atmosphere that will leave you in a state of, yes, TRANQUILITY. Or just enjoy your coffee or beverage on the deck & let the loons call you down to the water.
The cottage comes equipped with a spacious kitchen adjacent to a large family and dining area that can seat up to ten or you might choose to relax in the living room on the long large leather sectional with a cathedral ceiling overhead & bay windows that allow for stunning views of nature including the beautiful Chandos Lake. When outdoors one can languish on the wrap around deck with beautifully appointed couches and chairs. Water activities include great swimming, fishing, boating and kayaking. If you prefer venturing further on land, there is an excellent cottage road for walking and biking.
This cottage also comes equipped with a GENERAC Back-Up GENERATOR that can power the entire cottage, which means you will never be without power.

*Dock: 30 ft x 20 ft with 7 Muskoka and 2 Lawn chairs with a fully extendable umbrella – water is 20 ft deep at the end of the dock. Ladder to enter and exit the water from the dock. 2 kayaks. 2 person stand up paddle board, and an inflatable floating island. Swim and dive right off the dock if you please or walk in to a sandy beach. And much, much, more.
