Burbalac Christian Campground

Hey Friends of Burbalac!
This Saturday, May 23, is our next workday at Burbalac.

We will be meeting at the Gatehouse at 10am to discuss and assign work items. The water will be turned on.

If you are able to attend, please wear outdoor clothes, bring gloves, bug spray, bag lunch, rakes, chain saws, and leaf blowers.

One big project will be installing a new dock. We will have a chipper as well to clean up some brush.

If any of you has access to a wood splitter we have some logs that need splitting up.

We will also have a lot of little jobs to do like setting up playground equipment, volleyball net, cutting grass, etc.

If you are able to invite friends or family members, or even your church, to join in the work that will be appreciated.

Spring thaw at Burbalac! The water levels are very high! A jump off the diving board doesn’t look too daunting! Well, except for the ice still on the lake!

Burbalac’s 2026 season will open for overnight camping beginning Friday, June 19th. Closing day is Monday, September 7th, 2026. We look forward to a wonderful summer in God’s creation!
Reservations for a week or more can be made starting January 1st, 12am. Reservations for less than 1 week can be made starting May 1st. Campsites can be booked for a maximum of 3 consecutive weeks for the same family.

Hey Friends of Burbalac!

On Saturday, October 4th we will be having a Fall workday at Burbalac to prepare the campground for winter. Some jobs will include putting away playground equipment, volleyball net, and blowing the water lines. There are branches that need cutting up and logs moved as well.

We will meet at the Gatehouse at 10am.
