Saturday, August 31st – 11:00AM
South Baptiste Kids Classic Wheel Show.

Who will have the best decorated wheels at the campground?? This includes ALL wheels.

Have your child/children meet up in the common area for 11:00AM so they can enter the contest! Get creative! We are looking forward to seeing these!

We will have some judges, and they will pick their top 3 favorites!

1st Place - $50.00 gift card
2nd Place - $20.00 gift card
3rd Place - $15.00 gift card

12:00PM

After the Wheel Show, meet us in the field for a BBQ! We will be barbecuing hot dogs and have drinks for the families! So come up and enjoy lunch!

During the lunch hour we will be setting up / announcing teams for our Robin Lakey Memorial Washer toss Tournament!

Everyone who had the pleasure of knowing Rob, knows he loved these events. It brought us all together and we always have a good time. We ask that if you want to play

Please register before Friday, August 30th (no later than 12:00PM) This gives our organizers time to pick the teams, create the score board and organize the tiers. This also helps us start on time.

$20 / person (16 and older)

1st and 2nd place will take home cash prizes
1st place will also go home with the Trophy!

Between 5:30PM and 6:00PM is our Potluck!

This will also take place in the field.

The year end party will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2024. The Hutterite colony will be back again to roast a pig. Soft ice cream & refreshments will be provided. We ask that each family brings one potluck item (or more if wanting to). Can you please communicate with each other on what you would like to bring. There will also be a Fireworks display at dark. Come join in!!!
Also, we will need volunteers on Friday to set up the tents.

(I don't think the garbage man is willing to get out of his truck to move it & so he shouldn't.

Good morning Campers,

Here is an outline of what is happening this Saturday of the long weekend.

The Campground Parade is at 11:00. Everyone will meet around the office area like usual and we will make our way around the campground finishing in the common area so the kids can meet Santa.

Everyone who has kids & would like to participate in the Christmas gift exchange please bring a gift (no more than $25) if you are wanting to be part of the exchange. Please have it wrapped & dropped off to lot C29A/B. Any questions or concerns on the exchange you can contact Lauren at (780) 381-4333. Santa & Mrs. Claus will be in the common area to hand out the presents at noon.

Who isn't excited for the washer toss tournament?
It will be starting at 2:00 we will want you to pre-register so we can start on time and have everything ready before the game. If you haven't already registered on Facebook, you can text Lauren. She is taking registrations. Everyone needs to register before Friday in order to participate. It is a $10 entry fee. Register as soon as possible so you don't miss out.

Potluck supper will be at 5. Bring your favorite dish.

Also, if you are available Friday afternoon, we will need a hand setting up the tents for Saturday. Please contact Blaine if you can help.
