To the locals and non-locals that use Atlin Cabin’s marina. It is a private marina that is separate from the public boat launch that Brewery Bay Marina maintains. We have no problem with anyone using our marina as long as you pay the fees to use it. It is $5 for a day use to load or unload your boat. This includes using it just to drop or pick up a passenger, even if you are only there for 2 minutes and use the outside wall. This is a small fee for your convince of boating. We provide free parking and an outhouse in front of the marina also. We ask that you respect our marina or simply don’t use it. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know.

2025 Houseboat season is fully booked. I will be taking a break for the 2026 season and will start accepting 2027 bookings in the fall of 2026.
