Our kitchen is at the heart of the Cable Room.

Led by Head Chef Chris Oakley, our culinary team is passionate about farm-to-table dining and making the most of what our region has to offer. Chris works with local markets and vendors to bring seasonal produce and greens into the kitchen, creating dishes that change with the seasons.

And it goes beyond the produce. Our desserts are made in house, along with our sauces, and even our bacon is cured right here in our kitchen.

From the first preparation to the final plate, there’s a lot of care behind every dish.
