9:30 - 10:00 Welcome and registration
10:00 - 11:00 Yoga Session
11:00 - 12:00 Silent walk in the forest & choice activity for 20 minutes
12:00 - 12:30 Lunch
12:30 - 1:30 Yoga Session
1:30-2:30 Sauna & Elective
2:30-3:00 Prayer, Reflection & sharing
* Electives include: facial, foot massage, hand massage, meditation, reading or journaling.
